Project Description

A multi-user Mining Operations Database Management System (MOSDAMS) that can accurately compute depth, sizing, and grade figures for 400 ft. x 400 ft. mining blocks from previously entered drill hole information. Summaries for selected blocks – both contiguous and non-contiguous blocks – can be easily generated to assist the mine planning section in determining mining schedule and estimating monthly and yearly production figures.

MOSDAMS can also allow laboratory assay and plant measurement results of production samples to be consolidated to reduce, or even eliminate, the possibility of error-prone multiple entry of the same information.

Retrieving performance figures for past months and years is a breeze with MOSDAMS. The user only needs to select the date and other parameters from well-designed lookup controls to successfully execute such queries.

Equally seamless with MOSDAMS is the ability to predict production based on the plants’ expected feed grades and past performances.
