ScheduleManager Pro by Xpos is a desktop-based Staff Shift Scheduling system that offers managers a tool to easily plan shift allocations and predict shortages in advance.
Nurses can each log onto the system through standard authentication, and choose their desired shifts for the coming months. The charge nurse or manager, however, with their administrative privilege can log in and modify the schedule for any staff that, for example, calls in sick. Email alerts warn managers if and when allocations fall below a specified number of staff for each shift and for each staff designation.
